PHILADELPHIA — Eagles receiver Josh Huff was arrested on the Walt Whitman Bridge after allegedly speeding with marijuana and a gun in his possession Tuesday morning, thumb according to CBS Philly.

Huff was reportedly traveling on the bridge, cialis which connects Philadelphia and New Jersey, but was stopped on the Jersey side.

Possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana is not a criminal offense in Philadelphia, which became the largest city to decriminalize holding of small amounts of the drug in 2014, but New Jersey is a different story, though.

It’s unknown if the gun in his possession is registered or if he has a permit, the report said.

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, which is reportedly investigating, was not immediately available for comment.

The Eagles released a statement Tuesday: “We are aware of the incident today involving Josh Huff. At this point, we are gathering more information.”

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz is out with a hairline fracture in his ribs that could cost the rookie the rest of the preseason.

The Eagles announced Wentz’s injury, suffered Thursday on a hit in the team’s preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, on Saturday.

“Carson felt some discomfort and soreness as we began this morning’s practice. We decided to limit him throughout the remainder of practice and, as a precaution, sent him for a CT scan after practice. The scan revealed a hairline fracture in his ribs,” Eagles coach Doug Pederson said in a statement. “We do not know an exact timetable for his return, but we hope to have him back before the end of the preseason.”

Shippensburg University football All-American Jake Metz agreed to a contract on Monday evening with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL).

Metz is fresh off the Arena Bowl XXIX Championship with the Philadelphia Soul. He was named the Arena League’s 2016 Defensive Lineman of the Year after leading the league in sacks (8.0) during the regular season. His regular-season statistics included 29.5 tackles, three pass break-ups and two forced fumbles.

The 2013 Gene Upshaw Lineman of the Year Award finalist finished his storied collegiate career as Shippensburg University’s all-time career sacks leader with 30.5 and all-time career tackles-for-loss leader with 55. He broke the single-season school record for sacks in 2012 with 11.5 and finished with 11 in 2013.

PHILADELPHIA — Eagles safety Rodney McLeod batted down an Andrew Luck pass deep in the red zone and had a third-down stop on a running play in Saturday nigtht’s preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts and afterwards garnered high praise from Pro Football Focus.

The football ranking and performance website listed McLeod as the best safety in the NFL during Week 3 of the preseason:

Rodney McLeod does everything full speed, and is fun to watch in any defense. This week, he had solid grades in coverage and run defense, breaking up a pass, batting another down at the line, and coming up well against the run.
