FRISCO, Texas — Have the Dallas Cowboys opened up a competition for the backup spot to Dak Prescott?

For the first time this summer, Cooper Rush took second-team snaps over Kellen Moore, a byproduct of how well the undrafted rookie has played in three preseason games. The two split the second-team work, with Moore getting eight snaps and Rush getting 13 after taking over in the end-of-practice situational work.
