Welles Crowther, the former Boston College lacrosse player who gave his life to save at least 11 occupants of the South Tower of the World Trade Center in the Sept. 11 attacks, has a feature film about his story.

Crowther — whose identity became known months after the attack through stories of “the man in the red bandana” — worked on the 104th floor of the South Tower. He went up and down the stairs, carrying and leading groups of survirors to safety.
